Eka Buildcon LLP

Eka Buildcon LLP builds under the “EKA” brand from its office at Ashish Plaza, DP Road, Kothrud, having evolved from the earlier Kumbare Construction identity. The developer has concentrated its entire delivered and current portfolio inside a tight Kothrud–Erandwane radius, from the completed 88-unit Kumbare Eka (2019) and the completed 26-storey EKA Elitas tower near Chandani Chowk, through the boutique EKA Sattva, to its newest project, The Arka — also marketed under the EKA Elitas name — a residential-plus-retail development currently under construction. Note: “EKA Elitas” and “The Arka (EKA Elitas)” are two separate buildings that share part of a marketing name — see the FAQ below.

Kothrud and Erandwane are among Pune’s most established western residential corridors, close to the city centre and Pune University, with limited new-supply land keeping EKA’s boutique-scale projects tightly held.
